Mandy Trolinger, MS, RD, PA-C

Mandy Trolinger has been a physician assistant in nephrology for over 10 years. She grew up in Arlington, Texas. She earned her BS degree in Nutritional Sciences at Texas A&M University. Her dietetic internship and MS degree were completed at Oklahoma State University. After working as a renal dietitian, she went back to school to obtain her Physician Assistant degree at Red Rocks Physician Assistant program.

Mandy has volunteered with various organizations over the years including serving on committees with the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) such as the Council of Renal Nutrition and Council of Advanced Practitioners. She is a past recipient of NKF’s Regional Recognized Renal Dietitian and Program Excellence awards. Mandy also writes and presents at the local and national level pertaining to patient advocacy, oral health, bone health, pregnancy and the patient perspective in kidney disease. She has also volunteered with the Renal Support Network (RSN) as a public speaker, patient lifestyle meeting planner and patient advocate. She has been interviewed on RSN’s online radio show, Kidney Talk. She has also guest lectured on nephrology for a PA program.

Her goal is to provide compassionate care while focusing on patient-empowered decision making through education and counseling.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cake decorating and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
