When kidney function declines, dialysis is not the only option.
We help our patients understand the full scope of treatment options, which can include kidney transplant for eligible patients. If this is the route you ultimately choose, we are experts at pre- and post-kidney transplant care.
And if dialysis is the right treatment for you, we are trained to manage at-home dialysis or support you in a dialysis center. Your Rocky Mountain Kidney Care team is here to manage your care for the duration of dialysis if this option is your choice.
